About the Academy
Where future leaders

The JCI Malaysia Academy is a 4-day intensive leadership development programme specially curated for aspiring Local Organisation Presidents.
It is designed to equip future leaders with the clarity, confidence and capability to lead with purpose and impact. The programme will be held at the renowned 4-Star Le Grandeur Palm Resort, Johor, from 13-16 August 2026, bringing together 70 exceptional leaders from Malaysia and abroad.
Led by professional and experienced trainers and facilitators, the Academy strengthens an agile leadership mindset, enhances strategic thinking capabilities and develops effective organisational management skills. Participants will also be challenged to address real-world issues and elevate community impact through purposeful leadership.

Every JCI journey begins with a decision to step beyond what is familiar and embrace opportunities for growth. The National Academy is one of those experiences that has the power to shape not only your leadership journey, but also the way you see yourself and the impact you can create.
With this year’s National Academy theme, Rise Beyond Your Limits, I urge all members to push their boundaries by learning and networking with other leaders nationwide. True leadership is not about possessing every answer; it requires the bravery to continuously learn, adapt, and strive to become a better version of yourself daily.
Congratulations to JCI Skudai Baru for hosting your first-ever National Project. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Organizing Chairman Jason and the Organizing Committee, all the trainers, and facilitators working behind the scenes to make this programme possible. Thank you for your dedication in creating another valuable learning experience for our members.
I would also like to encourage every member to truly embrace this opportunity and pay close attention to the training provided by our Head Trainer PNP Velvet and the trainer team. Behind every module and every lesson shared, there is a great amount of effort and passion invested by our trainers. They have put their hearts into preparing and guiding you, so that you can step into your presidency journey next year with greater confidence, knowledge, and readiness.
Please treasure this learning experience, ask questions, stay curious, and allow yourself to grow. The lessons you receive today may become the foundation that helps you lead with greater purpose and make a meaningful difference tomorrow.
